]]> Invisalign-300x120Now we offer new servic – orthodontic treatment by aesthetic system INVISALIGN. This consists a set of removable transparent aligners,  which are individually produced by INVISALIGN company based on the plan of the treatment prepared  by a leading orthodontist. Aligners are used for 24 hours a day with exception for eating and dental hygiene They are indicated with  numbers and every fortnihgt a particular aligner is changed for the following one, which is always closer to the final result. Thus 2 weeks after the last aligners has been applied the active orthodontic treatment should be finished and the final result should be reached. This state may not be stable, which is normal in orthodontics, and  it is neccesary to keep it by recommendation of the leading orthodontist.

Advantages of INVISALIGN system are its almost absolute aesthetics ( aligners are transparent and almost invisible, the only exception are „attachments“, slight plastic parts coloured like teeth and attached to them serving to better efficacity of the system) and its simplicity ( aligners are just put on and worn 22 hours a day in minimum), less time needed for appointments and generally less time of an active  orthodontic treatment ( the plan of the treatment is based on the 3D model of the teeth of the patient). Patients often appreciate the precise number of aligners and thus precise time for the active part of the treatment.  

Certain disadvantages may be the neccesity of cooperation in wearing  aligners and the price of the system.

Patients who have started INVISALIGN system treatment report a slight pressure on their teeth for  2-3 days, later on they do not feel any inconvenience and accept the system very well.
